Vesta Donna is a family business in women’s clothing retailing that has operated in Thessaloniki since 1997.

Its vision is to provide high-quality clothes that highlight the unique style of every woman.

In this context, it chooses clothes, shoes, and accessories from well-known Greek and foreign brands that stand out for their originality and high aesthetics.

Vesta Donna has two stores in Thessaloniki, one in Ampelokipoi and one in Evosmos. It also has an online store.

Its comparative advantage is that its owner has a deep knowledge of styling and fashion. Thus, she can offer expert styling advice.

Digital marketing goals

Before the start of our cooperation, the client had a presence on the following social media: Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.

In March 2022, Vesta Donna entrusted W3Vitals with the management of its social media accounts. Our collaboration exclusively concerned Facebook and Instagram, as Pinterest is a social media with low penetration in the Greek market.

The digital marketing goals set were the following:

  • increase of e-shop sales

By implementing the appropriate social media strategy, a clothing business can attract its target audience, enhance its relationship with its customers and improve its sales.

Customer profiling and competition research

The first step in our collaboration with Vesta Donna was to analyze its social media profile and overall digital presence. We did this to identify the company’s strengths and any challenges it faces.

In addition, we conducted extensive competition analysis and keyword research based on its products and brands.

Specifically, we collected data that answered the following questions:

  • Who are the company’s main competitors, and what strategy so they follow?
  • Which product categories and brands have the highest search volume and lowest competition?
  • Which hashtags are used the most in the industry and have the most engagement?
  • What kind of content engages Vesta Donna’s audience, and what untapped potential exists?

With this information at our disposal, we mapped out a targeted social media strategy with measurable results for the client.

Optimization of social media accounts

We optimized the client’s accounts, making targeted changes to both set-up and texts.

The texts were created by the copywriting team based on storytelling and SEO best practices. In addition, the necessary graphic elements were created by our graphic designers.

Content creation for social media

Based on the set targets, we defined the type of content and format we would use on the client’s social media.

The account manager created a social media plan every month. Based on this schedule, our team prepared the texts and graphics for each post and story.

Community and review management

We took over the management of the client’s online community. Replying to users’ comments and reviews was among our responsibilities. Our target was to enhance engagement and improve customer experience.

Creation of targeted ad campaigns

We used the tool of social media advertisements to increase brand awareness and sales.

In the context of our cooperation with Vesta Donna Boutique, we implemented a strategy to:

  • increase brand awareness
  • increase the number of orders via the e-shop (conversions)

We focused on increasing sales as this was the client’s primary objective. We used both organic posts and targeted ad campaigns to achieve this goal.

Meanwhile, we aimed to create educational and entertaining content to strengthen the company’s brand awareness.
