It is a new business that started its operation in January 2022 in Thessaloniki. Its vision is to offer high-quality products for babies and children at affordable prices.

The company has only an online presence. Through its e-shop, it serves customers from all over Greece.

Its target audience is mainly parents. However, it also targets people looking to buy presents for babies or children.

Digital marketing goals

Before the start of our cooperation, Little Me Baby Boutique was active on Facebook and Instagram. However, there was no regular posting of new content, and engagement rates were low.

Looking to increase its audience and sales, Little Me turned to the team of W3Vitals. In particular, the client asked us to take up the management of its social media accounts and ad campaigns on social media.

So, the first step in our collaboration with Little Me was researching the baby and children’s clothing industry and identifying the company’s main competitors.

Through our research, we gathered the following information:

  • the keywords that bring the most traffic to the client’s e-shop and the pages that have the most traffic
  • which product categories have the highest demand
  • which keywords have the most searches and the lowest competition
  • the company’s main competitors and the strategy they follow on social media
  • the type of content that most appeals to the company’s target audience

Thus, we got a full picture of the specific industry and the existing challenges.

Optimization of social media accounts

Having gathered the above information, we proceeded to the optimization of the client’s Facebook, Instagram and Google My Business accounts.

Using the best SEO and storytelling practices, our copywriter prepared the texts for each social media platform.

Then, our designers created the graphic elements to establish a coherent brand image.

Finally, the account manager implemented the changes and further optimizations to ensure the brand is presented in the best possible manner.

Following the agreed digital marketing targets, we developed a content strategy to attract the client’s target audience.

In the context of our cooperation with Little Me, we implemented a strategy to increase brand awareness and e-shop sales.

Greater emphasis was placed on increasing sales, as this was also the client’s primary objective. To achieve this goal, we leveraged both organic and sponsored posts.
