PLUS is a medical laboratory in the city of Nea Moudania in Chalkidiki that has been performing a wide range of diagnostic tests since 2007.
PLUS is a modern diagnostic center that offers specialized laboratory analyses aiming at the early diagnosis of medical conditions.
The laboratory operates with high safety standards and is subject to monthly external quality control by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
It has state-of-the-art analyzers, experienced medical staff and a pleasant environment.
Before the start of our collaboration, PLUS diagnostic center had a Facebook page and an Instagram Business account.
However, the client wanted to improve its brand image on social media and build an online community about useful health information.
Furthermore, the client wanted to increase the brand awareness of PLUS in the broader area of Chalkidiki.
In this context, PLUS entrusted its social media management to W3Vitals in December 2020.

Healthcare marketing has some challenges related to the particular nature of healthcare services.
First of all, its goal is not direct advertising but to create a brand image that inspires confidence. At the same time, its strategy needs to have measurable results without resorting to advertising promotion tools.
Furthermore, special attention is required for the transmitted message not to contradict the rules of the Greek legislation and the code of medical ethics.
Our target was to provide the best possible services to our client. For this reason, in cooperation with a lawyer, we designed a strategy that fully complied with the current legislative framework.
Then, we focused on building the brand image of PLUS and creating exclusively informative content that appealed to the audience.
We optimized the client’s accounts on Facebook, Instagram and Google My Business, targeting specific keywords based on our research.
We created the Services category and added relevant content to make it easier for the public to understand the type of exams and services PLUS offers.
We created templates and other graphic elements for a consistent brand image in all communication channels of the diagnostic center.
Having defined the type of content that we would communicate on the client’s social media, the account manager prepared a social media calendar every month.
Based on the monthly plan, the copywriter created attractive posts, and the designers prepared the accompanying graphic elements.
