It is a modern hair salon for women, men, and children, which offers personalized grooming and hair care at affordable prices.
The hair salon is part of the L’Oréal Professionnel partner network.
Before the start of our collaboration, Hairstyle M&G had an Instagram account, which operated as a personal account for uploading pictures of various hairstyles.
In April 2021, the owners of Hairstyle M&G entrusted the management of their hair salon’s social media to W3Vitals.

The beauty industry is a highly competitive sector, especially when it comes to hair care services.
Through a strong social media presence, a hair salon can increase its visibility and attract new customers.
Choosing the right social media marketing strategy, combined with targeted advertising actions, can help a small business attract new audiences and grow its customer base.
Competition and market research is the first step in creating an effective digital marketing strategy.
Therefore, we first researched the hair salon’s direct and indirect competitors in Thessaloniki and their offered services.
Then, we analyzed their social media presence, the type and frequency of content posting, and their interaction with the public.
We also carried out keyword research related to the hairdressing industry. Our target was to see which services had the most searches on Google and, thus, the most demand from the public.
In this way, we gained a comprehensive view of hairdressing services in Thessaloniki. That helped us develop a targeted content strategy for social media with measurable results.
Having gathered all the necessary info, we proceeded with the creation of the hair salon’s Facebook page and Google My Business profile.
In addition, we switched the Instagram account from personal to business and optimized it to better showcase the business.
Using SEO techniques and storytelling, our copywriter prepared original texts for each social media platform. Meanwhile, our designer created the necessary graphic elements for a consistent brand image.
A logo is a key element of a company’s identity. As part of our rebranding strategy, we redesigned the company’s logo to be more attractive and better reflect the services Hairstyle M&G provides.
We created custom templates and other graphic elements for a consistent brand image in all communication channels. Our graphic design services included, among others, the designing of a service catalog and business cards.
Image is very important on social media, especially when talking about beauty services. A technically perfect photo can attract the public’s attention and influence their consumption behavior.
For this reason, we organized a professional photo shoot at the hair salon. Our goal was to fill the company’s social media with high-quality photo content.
