Million Beauty Looks is a cosmetics store operating in Thessaloniki since 2019.
It is a modern store with a wide variety of branded care and beauty products for modern women and men.
The company has an e-shop, which allows it to serve customers all over Greece. Furthermore, it is listed on the Skroutz marketplace, the leading price comparison website platform in Greece.
Before the start of our partnership, Million Beauty Looks was active on Facebook and Instagram. However, it wanted to approach a bigger audience and increase its sales.
So, the company turned to W3Vitals, asking us to take over the management of its social media accounts and online advertising.

One question, though, remains. What are the steps for creating an efficient digital marketing strategy on social media?
Market and competition research is the first step in drafting an efficient digital marketing strategy.
At the beginning of our partnership with Million Beauty Looks, we analyzed the cosmetic industry and the client’s competitors.
Furthermore, we carried out extensive keyword research for the general product categories of the company, as well as for individual product brands. Our target was to find which product categories and brands have the highest demand among Greek consumers.

Having at our disposal the above-mentioned data, we move forward with the optimization of the company’s accounts on Facebook, Instagram and Google My Business.
Our copywriter prepared optimized texts for each platform using SEO and storytelling techniques. Meanwhile, our designers prepared the necessary graphic elements for a consistent brand identity.
Finally, the account manager optimized the client’s accounts to present the brand in the best possible way.
Following the targets set by the client, we drew a content strategy for brand awareness and sales increase.

Each month, the account manager created a social media calendar posting schedule, which included the products the client wanted to promote at the given time.
Based on that schedule, original creatives were prepared for each post and story.
To increase the client’s followers on social media and enhance its brand awareness, we organized a giveaway in the first month of our partnership.
The giveaway was the same for Facebook and Instagram, lasted one week, and was sponsored with a small budget.

To increase the company’s brand awareness and customer base, we collaborated with a known influencer for an Instagram giveaway.
In addition to the competition, our collaboration included a story presenting the store and the products the giveaway winners would receive. We also set a special discount code for purchases through the e-shop for the influencer’s followers.
That collaboration brought us 1,813 new followers on Instagram.
Ad campaigns are a necessary tool to increase sales and brand awareness.
In the context of our partnership with Million Beauty Looks, we run various ad campaigns on social media. Their target was to increase sales and visits to the e-shop. Those campaigns had an average ROAS of 3.70 and attracted 2,814 visitors to the e-shop.
For even better results, we suggested running Google ads, which we considered a more efficient tool to reach potential buyers. The client agreed with our proposal, so we launched Google ads campaigns at the end of July 2022.
During our partnership with Million Beauty Looks, we implemented a strategy with two goals:
