The company’s comparative advantages are its high-quality products and personal contact with customers through sharing free advice on nutrition and health issues.

Digital marketing goals

Before the start of our cooperation, the client had created a Facebook page and an Instagram Business account for Fisi Zin.

However, there was no regular posting of new content, the published content was mainly about products, and there was no coherence in the brand’s image.

Satisfied with its cooperation with W3Vitals on its e-shop redesign, Fisi Zin entrusted us with managing its social media accounts in November 2021.

Challenge: How we create a successful social media strategy for an organic food store

Thanks to their interactive content and immediacy, social media can significantly influence consumer behavior.

Food retailing is a sector with high level of competition. With the right digital marketing strategy, a company can approach its target audience, create a strong brand and increase its sales.

Customer profiling and competition research

The first step in our collaboration with Fisi Zin was to find the company’s strengths and weaknesses.

Our goal was to identify the comparative advantages on which the formation of the brand identity was later based.

Furthermore, we carried out an extensive competition analysis and a keyword research concerning the sector and the company’s products to form an effective content strategy.

In particular, we gathered data on:

  • the company’s main competitors and the digital marketing strategy they follow
  • keywords with the highest search volume and the lowest competition
  • most-used hashtags in the sector that have the highest engagement
  • the type of content that attracts the company’s target audience

With all this information, we got a full picture that helped us draw a targeted social media strategy with measurable results.

Social media optimization

Having defined our social media strategy, we optimized the client’s accounts on Facebook, Instagram and Google My Business.

Our goal was to effectively promote the company, focusing on its comparative advantages and values.

Using storytelling techniques and targeted keywords, we created original textual content for Fisi Zin’s social media accounts.

We also created a Linktr.ee link with important information for the company and targeted product links, which were regularly updated.

Brand image formation

We created templates and other graphic elements for a consistent image across all Fisi Zin’s communication channels.

Social media content creation

In accordance with the digital marketing goals, we drew a content strategy to increase brand awareness and sales.

Our content was divided into:

  • product posts and stories that featured specific products that the client wanted to promote
  • branding posts and stories that aimed at strengthening Fisi Zin’s brand and promoting its core values
  • recipe posts and stories that aimed at entertaining the audience while also promoting some products
  • informational posts and stories that aimed to educate the public on nutrition and health issues

Based on the monthly schedule, the copywriter created compelling texts, and the designer prepared the relevant graphic elements.

Creation of targeted ad campaigns

To increase brand awareness and e-shop sales, we also used the tool of social media advertising.
